| At the Birth Center, we were allowed to hold and nurse John Paul for an hour before the nurses stepped in to take his vitals. |

| Mommy got to hold John Paul for nine months. Now it is Daddy's turn! |

| Liz was hoping for a daytime birth with the midwife Dorinda (pictured above). She was blessed to have both! Dorinda founded the Birth Center almost two decades ago. |

| The older kids were asleep when we arrived home. Angeline had kept herself awake, and absolutely fell in love with John Paul that night, hugging him and patting his head. |
